We asked if those could be scrubbed off and Pablo was professional and allowed us to go through again which did not work. we were told to contact management the following Monday in which we did and received a call today stating that they do not have anything to spray and loosen up those bugs nor would they refund us for the inability to clean the vehicle. We will need to go home and complete the car wash manually.
