  I want to say they're vacuums suck but that couldn't imply that they actually have suction power, they don't. And the hose smells gross I feel dirtier just being at this car wash

  Beware don't go. They got grease stains all over the seats and then the manager (Jesus) denied it even though the employee backed up he did it because of the dirty rags he was required to use. The manager claimed these stains just happened to be there. Look at the rags don't ever go there. Spent $50 to buy stuff to get the stains out and no refund, just total denial.

  Came here with my best friend expecting a basic car wash and left with black grease smeared all over my vehicle — something that was absolutely NOT there before. When I immediately pointed it out, the employee didn’t even bother to look. Just flat-out denied it and acted like I was making it up. No inspection. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Just straight gaslighting, as if I don’t know what my own car looked like when I pulled in. The grease very clearly came from their equipment, and the attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If something goes wrong here, don’t expect honesty or customer service. They’d rather deny responsibility than do the bare minimum to make it right. I paid for a wash and left with a bigger problem than when I arrived. Save your money and your car — never coming back.

  I took my car here for a wash and left with black grease smeared on my vehicle — something that was absolutely not there before. When I immediately pointed it out, the employee flat-out said “there’s no way that came from in here.” No inspection, no attempt to help, no accountability — just denial. Instead of taking responsibility or even trying to make it right, they chose to gaslight me like I don’t know what my own car looked like before I pulled in. The grease clearly came from their equipment, and their response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If something goes wrong here, don’t expect customer service or honesty. I paid for a wash and left with a bigger problem than when I arrived. Never coming back.
