I’ve loved this location and have never had an issue till today. 2 employees were very rude. When I pulled up it was empty. The guy seemed annoyed when he came out. I let him know I was here for an oil change. When asked which one I couldn’t remember and said oh, it should be on my account from last time I think! They told me that they had no history of me, and my vehicle and when they scanned my car gave me weird information. They said I never been here at all, and the last time this car was serviced was at 41k miles elsewhere. When I told him, I was just here a few months ago he was yelling at me saying, well Idk what to tell you! I asked well is there anyone you could search me up and he didn’t wanna hear it and ignored me. If the guy underneath hadn’t have touched my car I would’ve walked out. The guy who rung me up told me my cab filter looked great and showed me to which I responded yeah, because I was just here a few months ago and replaced it! They didn’t want to believe me at all and when I was describing the last guy who helped me, and how great he was! the guy ringing me up goes Doesn’t sound like anyone who’s ever worked here. The waiting area was dirty and smelled. I loved coming here as it’s right by my house and have never had an issue. Idk if that guy was having a bad day but after that I’m good. I’ll go up the road to Sherwood. You don’t need to be rude & yell.

Well, I did just that and everyone at Jiffy Lube was so nice, treated me with respect and talked to me like I was a human. 100% recommend. I won’t be getting my oil changed anywhere but this location in the future!
