So, went in on Sunday morning and was told they couldn’t do it because if they had a guy do my car they wouldn’t have enough guys for all the other cars and to come in Monday because it’s their slowest day. I guess they don’t realize that’s how business works? If your employees are helping a customer then the other customers have to wait, so you should help the one that is literally there asking for your service not prioritize a hypothetical line of customers that is not present? I don’t know I’m not a mechanic, maybe I don’t know how every service ever works?

Do NOT come to this location unless you drive an SUV/truck with higher clearance. I cannot believe it is set up this way, I have been going to Jiffy Lubes for years and never come across this.
