  Went today at 6:30 to get a refund for the core of a part we bought. Instead we are leaving with no money because the guy working said there wasn’t enough money in the register but he could open a new one but doesn’t want to because he would then have to write up another report for the night and he said “I don’t want to” and told us to come back tomorrow. Why employ someone who doesn’t even want to work.

  Went in for a commercial transaction around 9pm well after the department was closed. Isaias was great. He greeted me on my arrival. When I got my items from the storefront and went to the counter to request one from the back, he turned the monitor to me to show everything he was doing in realtime. He asked all the right questions to make the transaction go smoothly. He got the part, and I was in and out in 4 minutes. Thanks Isaias.

  I often shop as this autozone as it's close and very well stocked. I always get good service. Today I'd like to specifically thank Mason and Joseph for their assistance today in a difficult situation with a failed part. They went above and beyond and earned a customer for life. I can't say enough good things about their attention and customer service. You can trust this autozone location with your business.

  My car’s battery died suddenly and I needed to install a new one. Silas and Mason were both incredibly professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Silas helped me find the extra parts I needed to complete the installation and lent me some tools in the meantime. Mason also double checked my work to make sure I had done everything correctly, which I was extremely grateful for as it was my first time swapping out a battery. Very pleased with the customer service!

  Mason at AutoZone is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever come across. I came in needing help with my Honda Accord, and he immediately stepped in with a super friendly and welcoming attitude. What really stood out was how proactive he was he didn’t just point me in the right direction, he actually took the time to walk me through what was going on and helped me figure out the best solution. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping customers, but Mason nailed both. Because of him, what could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a really positive experience. AutoZone is lucky to have him! Give that guy a raise!
