Pulled in, the Service Manager (James Ready) met with me and immediately came out and assessed our needs. His shop was stuffed and did need anymore work and not an urgent one, there was people already waiting. James Ready really stepped up, made it all better quickly, and got us on our way. That happened a year ago. It really stuck in my mind and really want to make sure I did my part to show appreciation. Thanks James!
