  The manager at The Dalles location was professional and quick to get us setup. The pickup and drop off process was easy and he even stayed through his lunch break to help us.

  Enterprise picked me up at the auto body shop after I dropped my car off for repairs. After repairs were completed they drove me back to pick up my car. The people were friendly, the car was new, and the price was good. I will use Enterprise again.

  I had to rent a car due to repairs after a big buck ran into the side of my vehicle. Luke was very professional and helped me tremendously when the insurance messed up and did not add rental car service to my insurance policy . He made sure to look for the best deal possible. After returning the rental car, the auto body shop did not notify them until Monday that I returned the car on Friday when I picked up my vehicle. I was accidentally charged an additional week buy Enterprise . I called and spoke with Luke again. He immediately handled the issue. I will definitely be returning to this location. Based on the customer service he provided.
