⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re traveling through Pilot Travel Center, this is one stop you absolutely don’t want to pass up—especially if you’re an OTR driver putting in serious miles. From the moment you pull in, you can tell this location is run with pride and a real understanding of what drivers need out on the road. First off, the parking situation is solid, which is always a huge plus when you’re hauling and just need a safe, convenient place to shut it down for a bit. The lot is well-kept, easy to navigate, and doesn’t feel chaotic like some other truck stops can get. That alone already puts it a step above many places. But what really stands out here—and what every OTR driver will appreciate—are the showers. They are exceptionally clean. Not just “truck stop clean,” but genuinely spotless. The floors, walls, and fixtures are clearly maintained on a regular basis, and everything feels fresh and sanitary. After a long day or even multiple days on the road, being able to step into a shower like that makes a huge difference. Plenty of hot water, good pressure, and enough space to actually relax and reset—it’s exactly what you hope for but don’t always find. Inside the store, everything is organized and easy to find. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, stocking up on snacks, or picking up essentials for the road, it’s all laid out well. The restrooms and common areas match the same level of cleanliness as the showers, which says a lot about how this location is managed. The staff here deserve recognition too. They’re friendly, respectful, and you can tell they appreciate the drivers coming through. Service is quick, and they keep things moving without sacrificing quality. Overall, this Pilot Travel Center in Stanley, Oregon really goes above and beyond. For OTR drivers, it’s more than just a fuel stop—it’s a place where you can actually take a break, clean up, and recharge comfortably. Stops like this make life on the road a whole lot better. Definitely a 5-star experience every time.

I want to start this off on a positive. I have been to this pilot more times than I can count over. Period of 20 years. That is how long I have been licensed to drive truck. Total years are 43. I started in the military as a truck driver at the age of 18. So I’ve been doing this a while. I learned from the old school and I grew up and was raised with different habits than a number of the people I see today. There are many of us still out here who operate with respect and with a purpose. 11/24/25. I was at the location. I was off duty for a total of 18 minutes. Probably been a long time since I’ve been off duty that long while being just forward of the fuel pumps. Mother nature called a second time as I was paying for my products and so I went to the restroom. Coming out I hear my company‘s name called out to move my truck. Stepped outside and saw a lady taking pictures and telling me you have to park if you’re gonna go inside and spend that much time. I have sat for much longer than 18 minutes just waiting to get to the fuel pumps. I’ve also sat that long at the fuel pump waiting for the guy in front of me to leave. I am not the guy who gets out of my truck at the fuel pump or waiting to get to the fuel pump. It’s about respect and courtesy. Nobody knows what a person is doing inside. The second trip to the restroom is what cost me time. How embarrassing that I should even have to share this. I’ve always had good things to say about pilot and their stores. But this was unbelievable. Let alone the ladies out there taking pictures of my truck like I committed some serious act of whatever. First time in 20 years I’ve ever experienced this. How embarrassing.
