I would like to take time to touch upon “service after the sale” In a recent homeowner project I got one of their machines stuck. I embarrassed called in for help. I live rurally but the response was quick and the service tech that came out was not only competent but also completely calm and handled the situation with skill and grace. Together we got unstuck and back in action with not even a complaint one for being in the mud. All of this crew has treated me with respect and satisfied my expectations over the years but this time they have exceeded and deserve compliment. I will definitely recommend and continue to utilize this company’s services.
