  I am so pleasantly surprised with the customer service! Tim helped me out. I had a rough morning, first blowing a tire and then the spare. He was so kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely will not be going to any other mechanic. Thanks a million, Tim and the Springfield Point S team!

  Excellent Service👌 I had been having recently bad experience with the Auto repair shops where they "overcharge" you and make you wait several days to get your car repaired. I had brought my car into this Point S Tire Factory on Main Street near 42nd for a "Blower Motor replacement". I told them the issue and I had made an appointment to have it installed and the parts were ordered. When I arrived there two days later, I thought it might take 3 hours to get it installed and I told them that I'll wait in the Lobby area. They didn't tell me how long it might take because they don't know for sure. In 5 minutes, the car went into the repair shop. I was very surprised that the Service Desk told me that my car is ready. I looked at my stopwatch and it is only 35 minutes of waiting, not 3 hours! Thank you for your service and I'll be sure to visit again whenever I need to have my car serviced again soon! 😊 👍

  Always takes care of my car. Oil changes, tires and tire rotation. Always friendly and great service!

  If I could leave 0 start I absolutely would! Bought a truck and took it to this location for used tires. Less than 100 miles later 4 out of the 5 lug nuts busted off while my 17 year old nephew was driving! The owner told me that he only keeps paper receipts and is “not his responsibility to go through the month of March to find the receipt and that I needed to bring in my own because they don’t know that they even installed”. I think we know where we purchased the tires but ok sir. Absolute cop-out to doing the right thing! If you buy USED tires they use paper and therefore you will be absolutely screwed if you throw it away and could end up in an accident due to improper installation! Save your life and don’t take your cars here! I hate to imagine what would have happened to my nephew had it happed at a highway speeds! Admitted to having the receipt but refusing to look for it to make it right is so wrong! Worst business practice EVER! You spoke with me on the phone, said you had the receipt but it wasn't your responsibility to look for it and then leave a generic comment to this review as if you actually care about my experience? You value nothing, not your customers and definitely not the safety of them.

  I came into this shop with my trailer to get new tires on it, as they were threadbare. I asked for the cheapest option possible after getting the necessary information I was quoted nearly 300 dollars to get both tires replaced. Just the tires. Replaced. No rims. First, I asked the man at the counter if he was sure, then I asked him if he had any other options available that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. "Nope, that's what we have," I asked him one more time if he was sure. (It's polite to give people an out when you know they're bs'ing you.) Let me tell you, when I went and checked Walmart and found a trailer tire for 68 bucks (rim and tire), I was just absolutely perplexed. I needed a trailer tire, not new tires on my Tacoma. Based on the interaction, I would say that he judged me as not being knowledgeable about tires or trailers, gave me a quote, and then held firm on the assumption I didn't know better. If your staff is not taking the time to educate customers on what they need, it reflects on your whole business. Based on this interaction, I would send absolutely no one to this store. I only hope that less technical folks will notice this review and steer clear.
