  Great job you guys. The price was very reasonable on the four sets of tires for my Toyota. Super fast installation. I did a quote on Les Schwab's lowest end tires which these are not and it was twice the amount.$$

  I went to les schwab to fix my lawnmower tire a wait for 1 ;20 mines for them to tell mi sorry can fix your tired , I was so mad the guy can even put air so I left and wet to point tired they took 3 mines to put air on my tire I don't wait for 1:20 mines thanks point tires you guys are the best

  Great shop. Just needed a 225/45/18, and the crew made sure I was set. 10/10 customer service and I would recommend this place to my grandmother, without hesitation.

  Edit: Point S Springfield and its owners value NOTHING! The details have been provided to you several times now Steven including over the phone via the number provided. If you need further details please contact Point S corporate for the details I provided them. On top of those details, Point S also failed to remove the excess fix-a-flat that was used and they were aware of. I was told they actually did nothing. No patch, no balancing, no removal of the excess fix a flat. Steven truly is a piece of work and there were 4 of you standing there all knowing you didn’t actually do anything. Shame on you. Went in for a puncture repair day before Thanksgiving. They “fixed” it. Next day get up to 55mph and my whole car is shaking, ruining our Thanksgiving plans. Most reputable tire places will balance your tire after they repair it per google. Not Point S! Instead they all asked “Did the tire go flat? No? Then we repaired what you asked for.” I brought it into them holding air and explaining I had used a fix a flat. Every other tire shop in town have all confirmed that a balance is standard after repair. Point S will charge you $30 to leave you with a wobble then refuse to acknowledge their lazy work and boot you out for asking for a refund. Balancing a tire after a repair is standard and should be done at the time of initial service. Brought it to Les Schwab and they fixed it no charge. Steven, the owner of Point S, was no help and told me he would not work on the tire he screwed up after saying that being upset about a tire balance when asking for a repair is like being upset they didn’t change the air filter when I asked about a tire. If you asked for a pepperoni pizza at a pizza place would it come with no cheese sauce or dough because you didn’t specifically ask? Truly the most frustrating experience I have had in awhile. Zero stars if not some sort of negative star experience is needed to rate them.
