I'm not going to put the old ones back on to go get the right ones so I ended up riding my bike up there and it was about 40 blocks one way. I checked the reviews on the set of pads they recommended and lot of people had to take them back because they were the wrong ones . Are they not taking notes when people bring items back that they believe fit certain vehicles or what ? They are wasting people's time and gas money by not taking a minute to correct there parts and vehicle fitment to save us the trouble of buying the wrong part .

Her coworker mentioned she was in some kind of executive or lead role, but she acted anything but professional. She was dismissive, rude, and completely ignored both me and her younger coworker — who was clearly new and actually trying to help. We asked for assistance multiple times and she straight up cold-shouldered us. Super uncalled for and disrespectful. If this is how management treats customers (and their own team), that says a lot about this location.
