I had a lot of problems with my car that was all of a sudden stalling and not drivable! I am also extremely short on time- when I called they took the time to listen to my problems and help me come up with a solution on getting the car towed to the shop on a Thursday evening and renting a car at the Enterprise down the street! Also very reasonable prices for the extensive work I needed and my car drives great now. I’ve definitely been won over as a customer for life and will be referring all my friends and family to this shop. 🚙🧘‍♀️✨

I find going to get my car fixed/looked at to be really intimidating as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars. Everyone I dealt with at this auto shop was so kind and explained things in a way that made sense. When I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, they even gave me a ride to work which was so kind. It ended up being a much easier fix than I expected which was such a relief! They didn’t try to upsell anything to me, and their pricing seems really fair. I am so grateful I found an auto shop I can take my car to in the Eugene area and feel safe and taken care of. Highly recommend!

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because their oil change prices are some of the best I’ve seen in this area. Unfortunately, they lose stars due to trying to scam me out of a new serpentine belt. For context, I had just had that belt replaced at a different automotive repair back on November 12, 2025. Since I’m new to the area, I’ve been trying various repair shops and decided to give Absolute a try due to their “women friendly” advertising. I brought my car in on 1/22/26 for an oil change and also to have them figure out the “whirring” noise my car was making. They eventually called me and said that the noise was due to my alternator and serpentine belt being completely shot. At that point I questioned the person on the phone about the belt and stated that it’s brand new. Their response was that my alternator being bad ruined the belt completely and it needed to be replaced. I opted to hold off on any repairs and took my car back to the place that had replaced my belt as they have a 1 year warranty. They looked everything over and said the belt is in perfect condition other than being loose (which Absolute had loosened it to try and “fix” the issue according to my receipt) and the noise was being cause by a worn/loose bearing on my alternator. Needless to say, I’m glad that I didn’t spend the $1,100 that Absolute quoted me. However, the thing that really put a bad taste in my mouth was when I went to pick up my car, the man working at the front said “Are you the person I’ve been exchanging dirty emails and phone calls with?” Excuse me? For a place that advertises being female owned and friendly, I was completely taken aback by that. Not to mention, he was talking about beating people with a stick vs a club and what constitutes as assault with a deadly weapon with the people in front of me. All this to say, I will not be returning in the future.
