  Rarely seen this low level of customer service. When I walked in and was asked what I needed I was told they did not carry the item. When I went to try to explain that their website showed they had the item in stock the men had already turned away and walked off. After looking by myself for a couple of minutes I found what I wanted. With three employees and one other customer I still had to wait at the counter to pay with a there you go when handed the receipt. My total communication with the employees consisted of “what do you need””huh””we don’t have that””what do you need” the price and “there you go.” Only saving grace was the item I purchased was exactly what I needed and worked great.

  I showed up one hour before closing. They seemed like I ruined their whole day for showing up, looking for a simple part that they had in store on the floor. The gentleman that was helping me didn’t seem to know anything didn’t know where things were in the store didn’t wanna look it up on the computer and see if they had it in stock even though I did know it was in stock. Told me the part wasn’t there then I found it on the showroom floor just overall not very pleasant.

  At 6:30PM at the Springfield location of Autozone. I had a male employee after a female employee checked out of her shift. I asked for help he told me Ike one on the spiny rack. U checked no luck. I go to counter no one in front. I hear two people in the back. I asked for help again and silence. I called out again for help and then was told one minute. I told him I could not find it. He told me they do t have it. I then advised my wife called a head of time and said you have the part. He looked my truck and click on several pages most of them not loading the picture. He tells me they don’t have it and tells me sorry. Went to Oreillys and had a great experience. No thank you and have a good day.

  Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, and you can get your car diagnostic done to find out what's wrong with it. 👨‍🔧✨💡
