- KLKevin LawsonMar 16, 20261.0Came here to fill up our car for the drive back to our AirBnB, the attendant came out and vaguely asked my wife if she needed help pumping her gas, she wasn't sure if he was talking to her, or someone else, so she didn't respond. That seemed enough for this guy to tell her off when we finished up, and as we were driving away, he said we "should stay in California." After his initial "attempt" at helping us, he came out with a cigarette, and was about to light up right next to the propane tanks! Unsafe and unfriendly to tourists. Won't be back if we ever go back to this town during our stay.

Here is why that situation is problematic from a customer's perspective: Loss of Trust: Without visible prices, customers may feel they are being overcharged or that prices are arbitrarily decided at the register. Wasted Time: It forces customers to take items to the counter just to ask for a price, slowing down their shopping experience and creating longer lines. Budgeting Difficulties: It makes it impossible to compare prices or stick to a budget while shopping. From a business standpoint, it's generally a bad practice because it discourages impulse buys and drives customers to competitors who offer transparent pricing.
