She took the time to help me find the exact windshield wiper blades I needed and walked me through the differences between multiple brands, explaining the pros and cons clearly without rushing or upselling. Thanks to her recommendation, I went with the Rain-X Silicone AdvantEdge wipers, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. What truly set this experience apart, though, was that after my purchase, Kenzie went above and beyond by helping me install the wiper blades herself—something you don’t see every day at other auto shops.     I went in to buy fuses for my car. Had difficulty pulling it out, so after purchasing the fuses, asked for help putting it back in. Kenzie was more than happy to help me, which I greatly appreciated. Thank You Kenzie! Had another great experience. Juana helped me with another fuse issue later that day. Thank You Juana!

    As I know nothing about cars I needed oil for my new car and had no idea where to start. Thankfully I was lucky enough to have Kenzie help me find all I needed and had great recommendations. Kenzie was friendly and so helpful. I will definitely be coming back for my vehicle needs.

    I struggle with going to auto parts stores because many of the Employees don't know the difference between a screwdriver from a torque wrench but Kenzie the store manager was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She spotted things on my new alternator that most wouldn't. I'm not sure what she's getting paid but I would wager it's not enough. The rest of the crew were very helpful and friendly as well. Kudos
