  I’m honestly shocked by what happened at this AutoZone. I placed an online order and went in specifically to pick it up and immediately return it because it was the wrong battery. Even though the items never even left the store, the manager, Brandon, was an absolute nightmare. ​First, he tried to shortchange me on the battery return, trying to give me back less than what I actually paid for it. When I called him out, he huffed and puffed like I was the problem. He told me he’d give me a cash refund for the other three installation items I bought, but then he completely lied and put it on a gift card as credit instead. ​I work in customer service for a living, and I was caught totally off guard by how aggressive and shady he was being. The worst part? He was training a new employee the whole time, teaching him that it's okay to lie to customers and treat them like garbage. Everyone in the store was visibly uncomfortable. ​It ended with him literally throwing the gift card at my chest. I was stunned. I took my $300 business elsewhere and will never step foot in here again. If management cares at all, check the cameras for 4/29/26 11:30AM to see Brandon’s "training" in action. He’s a total liability.

  Walter at the Sherwood store was super helpful. Saved me from spending a ton of 💰 money that the dealership was going to charge me.

  I received outstanding customer service today! Walter was amazing! I brought in my Subaru legacy and he went above and beyond to try and help me figure out why my car was throwing me a check engine light. He spent quite a bit of time with us trying to help us and helping us to look things up because the code reader was updating and we couldn’t get it to work right. I hope he reads this because he will know it was him that helped us. Way to go guys! It is hard to find good customer service. I work in customer service so I know how important reviews are for companies. Thank you.

  Charley has great Customer service helped me get brakes and rotors for my Manager is great to told me he’s found a new job congratulating a new job, buddy

  I have been to and called this store asking for help with my old chevy. Every single time has been so pleasant. They’ve made me feel a lot better and comfortable when I know literally nothing about cars. Even if they couldn’t help they recommended me to places that could.
