My husband and I were on the way to a concert in Portland and our car became undriveable. There were no ubers available and we live out of town, so we decided to try to rent a car. We were panicking and in a time crunch, and we had a car within 10 min! We were able to make it to the concert with plenty of time and got home safely the next day. The employee working that day really saved our weekend!

My sister and I wanted to rent a car for the day. We had already signed everything we needed to sign and we were about to pay but they mentioned at the last minute that because we are from out of town we NEEDED to use credit and not debit to pay for the vehicle. Because we were traveling, our credit card was still authorizing the travel. It declined and we offered to use debit or my credit card. They refused to let us use debit because we are from “out of town” and then said they were booked up for the rest of the weekend, even tho we had originally had a car reserved for that same weekend. They basically told us there’s nothing they can do and we can’t rent a car. we can’t pay cash, we can’t use debit, we don’t have anyone in Portland that could help us because we were traveling. They said they couldn't check weekend car availability for other branches but Then we called another location and they said they’d be happy to check other branch location availability for the weekend. They actually told us that THIS location would in fact have weekend availability for us… even though they told us they didn’t.
We ended up going to another location on 445 Southwest Pine… they couldn’t have been kinder to us and the woman at the front desk told us that we COULD use debit to pay for the car but it would just take 4-5 business days for us to get our $200 deposit back.
Overall we had such a confusing time at this location on Sandy…. Either they just didn’t know how to help us or didn’t want to.

Ive had a rental car through enterprise many times. This time ive had my rental since tuesday may 3rd. I have had to exchange cars twice. The first had a tore pressure issue. The second the breaks were grinding.wih the breaks grinding I called the road side number who told me to phone the office in the morning and theyd set up a car to come out and exchange. I phoned and they told me to call roadside. Frustration took over and the guy gave me to the manager who sent me to another store and said shed call me in 20 minutes. An hour and a half goes buy and i call and she doesnt know what im talking about. She says shell call me back in 20 minutes. 45 minutes goes by and nothing so i call again. Ill call you right back and ill get it set up. Im at work so i cant take the car in and they know this thats why they setting up to bring me a car. I also need my car for work for transporting clients. My client needed to go somewhere and with the brakes grinding i wouldnt take her so rhis prevented me from my job. They then transfered me stores again i recieved a phone call from another manager oh we will have a car to you in a couple hours. Im thinking really? What if i was stranded somewhere would i be more important then? I was told they didnt have staff to brig me a car.. but you can go pick people up still? Well finally after 6 hours of phone calls a car shows up. He was rude and sat in the car. While i waited for him to get out he says are you getting in? I said no i cant leave ur supposed to be exchanging cars. He said no hes not and i had to go fill out papers. I called manager back and she explained to him the deal. Most frustrating time consuming experiance ever and im not happy. Rediculous customer service and they didnt care about my time at all.
