  Great service at Valvoline! Mason, James, and Alex did a fantastic job on my car. Mason was especially knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made the oil change quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

  Been coming here since it was just a small crew of oil can Henry’s guys and never had a problem. Services have always been efficient and I’ve never been lied to like jiffy lube 😑. Great service. Plus the military discount 👍. Also shout to Mason

  I have been having frequent low oil warnings on my Subaru. I stopped in before closing on my way home one evening and. Mason With his team, including Alex, Dean, and David, Did a quick oil change. They are all super friendly, answered all my questions and explain why I have been going to this location for years. Thanks guys

  I recently took my 1997 GMC K1500 into Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Lancaster Dr in Salem and I have to say — the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dean, Shorty, and the rest of the team took great care of me and my truck. They handled a full synthetic oil change, rear and front diff fluid, transfer case fluid, and radiator coolant flush all in one visit — no small job — and they knocked it out efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was the attitude of the entire crew. Every single one of them had a smile on their face the whole time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another car pulling through. That kind of energy is rare and it genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Manager Miguel is clearly running a great operation over there. I'll definitely be back and I'd highly recommend this location to anyone in the Salem area!
