  I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Salem, especially working with Abel. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything feel smooth and straightforward without any pressure, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how transparent and efficient he was. Highly recommend asking for Abel if you visit!

  I had a great experience working with the team at Mercedes Sprinter of Salem. From start to finish, everything felt straightforward and well organized. Brian was incredibly friendly and easy to work with right from the beginning. He made the process feel relaxed and never pushy, which I really appreciated. Eli was outstanding. He took the time to give me a full walkthrough of the vehicle and was extremely thorough. He clearly knows the Sprinter inside and out, and made sure I understood all the features before I left. That level of detail made a big difference. Ron handled the financial side, and everything went smoothly. I ended up purchasing the vehicle outright, and he made the process simple and efficient without any unnecessary complications. Overall, it was a very positive experience with a knowledgeable and professional team. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes Sprinter of Salem to anyone looking for a Sprinter. This van is amazing.

  I went in to test drive a vehicle with Able. He sat in the back and a couple sensors came on, on the dash. When asked about them he just said ‘I don’t know’ and was on his phone the whole time. Was not attentive at all, nor could he answer my questions about said sensors. He also kept pushing me to try and finance through the dealership when I stated many times previously that I wasn’t interested, I do understand that is standard practice for dealerships but it was to the point of being pushy.

  I can’t say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz service in Salem. I drive an older 2008 Mercedes and they treat me just as well as if I had a brand new one no matter what time of the day or what the part I need they always take care of me and make sure everything is handled quickly and professionally. Their team is knowledgeable helpful and they genuinely care about cars and keeping my car running. It’s best it’s hard to find service like this these days and I truly appreciate how dependable they are. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

  Nice people but incompetent service on a simple oil change. Driving home I received an oil warning light and had to pull off Hwy 22 to investigate (found it high). At home I removed two quarts of oil (see photo). I cannot understand how neither the dipstick nor the dashboard oil indication was checked afterward. Next time I'll use another dealership or do the oil change myself and save a couple hundred dollars.
