  From the first call to inquire about repairs to the final walk around- it could not have been an easier, stress-free experience. They worked with tow company, insurance and other services ( paint, parts, ect) to return my 2025 KIA Sorento just as perfect as when it came off the lot with the best parts(not the cheapest). I asked if they would give updates over the est 5-6 week repair time. Jose not only called as requested each Friday, he was able to complete the repairs in 3 weeks. After the anxiety and stress of the accident itself, I am so happy we used Jackson. I recommend them highly and remind my friends they have the right to pick the repair shop, regardless of insurance recommendations or suggestions if insurance is claimed. Repairs completed 02/2026.

  My husband and I have used Jackson's Auto Body four times over a number of years for different things. Each time was a good experience. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job without trying to soak you on the price too much. Great family owned business.

  I share a driveway with our neighbor and when when we were both backing out at the same time, my car hit her rear bumper very lightly, as she saw what was happening and honked, leaving were 3 scratches, about 1 1/2 long each on the bumper, only visible if you got very close, and leaving no dent at all. We offered to pay for the repainting of the bumper out of pocket and the cost was $1700. This far exceeds the average cost of repainting a bumper. It would be worth getting price quotes from other locations as one could save a great deal.
