  The first person that helped me out was in Oregon and that office and their people are completely amazing! She was so helpful and went above and beyond for me and I hope that there are more people in the company that are like her. When I had to switch the car out in Washington I had a host of problems. I called a bunch of times to get an office to switch it out at, one office on South Tacoma Way told me that I should go to the airport drive across the bridge. The office that I ended up switching out the car that was also really great.

  I was very impressed and thankful for my experience with Enterprise. My insurance covered the expense but the enterprise rep I worked with went above and beyond to help make my situation easier to handle.

  Reservation and pick up process was very smooth and easy. I picked up vehicle in Salem OR and dropped it off in Lake Elsinore CA. I didn’t have a ride home so they gave me a ride. Best customer service and prices

  Andrea at the Salem Oregon location is fantastic at her job! She is friendly and professional and made the rental experience nonsstressful! Enterprise is lucky to have such a top notch employee!

  Very convenient service for both pickup and drop off (CarStar was the repair shop I went to). Great customer service in terms of both communication and friendliness.
