    Please be careful coming to this location, I had a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience here. We were given one set of instructions about getting a rental with a credit card holder present, followed those instructions and were abruptly refused by the branch manager with little to no explanation. His tone was extremely dismissive and came across as rude and unprofessional. I later looked up the policy and realized that the things he told me and “reasons” for refusal were not valid. When I returned to ask for information to escalate the situation, he rudely refused to provide it and I had to get help from another employee. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and made me question whether we were being treated fairly. I respect that rental policies exist, but customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy. I really hope regional management will look into this.

    I have been renting from here for a couple months now and I've never had any issues. Always friendly and communicate well, even when busy. Cars are always clean and the process is simple and seamless. ❤️
