    Kaiden at this location is always super helpful!!! He explained things to me in a way I could actually understand and answered all questions I had with a smile on his face. Fantastic customer service all around; I appreciate all the help he has provided on my vehicle along with the other staff.

    Went in to have my oil topped off as I was half-quart low. They OVERFILLED it by half a quart! Good thing I decided to check it myself later in the day.. went to the other Valvoline on Commercial st and they sucked it out for me! Definitely go to the other location!

    BEWARE ! These guy performed an oil change on a car l bought. I started having issues with the Vtec system. Some people online said to try an oil change and use a Honda filter to fix the issues. The oil was just changed by these guys right before l bought it so l didn't. I ran.out if options to fix the issues so l decided to change the oil. These guys put the oil filter on so tight l had to use 24" channel.locks to break it loose. Destroyed the filter. Same with the drain plug. WAY TOO TIGHT ! The filter these guys used was smaller than a honda filter. Probably saved 50 cents. That was the problem. I have no more issues whatsoever now. Btw, their customer service sucks too! BEWARE !!!
