This included selling my car as well. He wanted to keep the 100% Equity of my used car after clearing the outstanding loan amount. He confirmed that's the lease and trade-in process. I refused to consider these as 2 separate deals. When I confirmed with a different Mercedes Dealer, they clearly confirmed that the remaining equity after the Lease down payment will be given to you through a cheque and that's how the process is. He never felt like doing a deal. Never expected to have that ridiculous experience with this manager. Totally wasted my time.

Evan Carroll and his Technician, Beau responded immediately when we arrived in "limp" mode in our 2025 Winnebago Revel (on a 2023 Sprinter 2500 chassis). While vacationing on the Oregon coast 1700 miles from our home in New Mexico we got a check engine light and our RV went into reduced power mode. We slowly made our way the 100 miles to Salem, expecting the worst. These guys really went out of their way to immediately diagnose our issue and quickly fix it even though we had arrived with no appointment. Turned out to be a leaking air filter housing that had been improperly reinstalled by our RV dealer after an oil change and inspection. Two thumbs up for Evan and Beau!!!
