Evan in the service department was very helpful in getting the issue resolved under warranty. I also needed help to transfer the Mercedes app over to my name. Normally this has to happen by taking the vehicle to the dealership. But, I live over an hour from the nearest dealer. Eli set me up over the phone after verifying with Evan that I indeed own the vehicle. Both Evan and Eli were friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Salem for taking care of your vehicle.

The heater went out and when I went to have it repaired, it was discovered that the warranty had expired early as the RV dealer did not fill out the proper paperwork to go to Mercedes. The RV dealer was of no help to correct the issue. Evan with Sprinter service at Salem Oregon Mercedes worked with Mercedes Corporate and corrected the issue. He went above and beyond to fix an issue caused elsewhere. The heater motor was repaired under warranty thanks to the extra efforts by Evan. I have been to Salem Mercedes several times now for routine service and it is top notch. Friendly service, beautiful dealership and employees that know how to treat customers. Sprinter Owners; it is worth the drive to come here for service! To the Owner of Salem Mercedes; Evan deserves some extra employee recognition. Thanks again Evan!

After putting some miles on my sprinter and getting the chance to work with the sales/service department I feel I can leave an accurate review. Eli was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. I have been very impressed with everyone I have worked with. My family and I absolutely love our sprinter and I’m glad we got it from Mercedes-Benz Of Salem.
