- ERE RJan 15, 20263.0These folks just can't manage to replace valve stem caps, inspection panels, or splash shields. I've had a couple experiences of having a splash shield partially detach and drag on the road days after an oil change. Once, I looked under my SUV for an unrelated reason, and noticed the inspection panel to access the drain plug and filter was missing - either not replaced or it had fallen off. When I spoke to the manager, he was polite and apologized, but made it clear that's all I was getting. After my last visit, I noticed two valve stem caps were missing. I acknowledge it's a bit petty to quibble over valve stem caps, but let's just say these were the proverbial straw on the camel's back. I cannot in good faith recommend this business. Back to doing my own oil changes...
