I am beyond pleased that I did. The techs were personable, thorough, and very attentive to every customer there, and they were quite busy for Thursday morning. I was especially grateful they found my rear brakes were in extreme need of replacement. Especially since we're about to leave on a road trip. They managed to address all my car needs in just a few hours. Very impressed. You have a return customer in me, now. Thank you, West Salem Jiffy Lube!

But, mostly, the crew is composed of real mechanics who love making cars run really well. They have been trained by a master mechanic. As a senior woman, I have been patronized too many times. Not with this crew. They listen and when I told them my ideas and concerns, it mattered to them. I felt like I was talking to master mechanic brothers who are no longer around, but still hold the standards to which I want when getting my car serviced. This is the shop I would go to for major mechanical work as well. These gear heads will get it done right.

They are kind, patient, and accommodating and take the time to explain everything they’re doing. They make recommendations but are in no way pushy about it. They know what they’re talking about and I feel my car is in good hands. Every staff member I’ve interacted with via phone or in person has been genuinely friendly and kind. I’m fortunate to live nearby, but would go out of my way to come to this location if I didn’t.
