  I would even give them more than 5 starts if I could. It was my first time ever to rent a car. Andrea made is a very pleasant experience. Andrea was awesome. Provided excellent customer service. The place was clean and tidy. The car I got was fairly new & in great shape & clean. When I dropped off the car, I needed a ride to get my personal car from the mechanic, they provided me the ride. Great team, I highly recommend if you need to rent a car. Next time I need a car, I'll know where to go. Thank you, Andrea and the team. It was great doing business with you.

  No customer service. A power trip female with pms. Who really should be fired 🤔 I will rent a car tomorrow...I hope not from her...

  I rented a Toyota Corolla from the Enterprise on Lancaster in Salem. The checkout was quick and easy and the car was clean with low miles. After a couple of weeks, returned the car and the return process took no time at all.

  The process was fast and smooth. The car was in perfect condition where i was able to commute to school with no issues. Front desk, Andrea Camacho, was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back doing more business with enterprise!
