- AKalantha kayDec 29, 20251.0horrible experience. made rental over the phone 3 days in advance- nobody said anything about a credit card. we were supposed to pick the vehicle up at 9 am but shortly before they called to let us know it wasn’t there yet and said they’d call by 11. It hit 11:30 and nobody called so we went over there, only for a van to be sitting there waiting. They then after 3 days of having this planned let us know a credit card is needed, but us not owning one asked to use a family members, since we were already late leaving town, but they didn’t allow us to use one of someone that wasn’t actively there. but it was as simple as giving that information in the first place. you wasted our time and caused our entire trip to be thrown off because your employees dom properly communicate. never again will i go back here and i’ll be communicating with insurance to be sure this is never where they send me either. let me add pictures of other similar reviews.
