The car I rented was clean, safe, and even enjoyable to drive. The guys here at Front St, were so good with me. This ordeal ended up taking weeks, but the one constant was every time I called to extend my rental I was helped promptly and politely. Cade, Carter, and the rest of the team (I'm sorry if I forgot your names) are all fantastic. I hope Enterprise is treating them well!

My insurance pays for the premium options, was given only 2, SUV or SUV. The one I took shuttered so bad I couldn't even drive it. Felt like someone was hitting my vehicle. Even in park it was shaking and moving back and forth. Called numerous times, oh I just need to wait another day they'll get more vehicles, they'll have a great stock. After the 3rd day of this, I gave up and returned the car. They had no options, unless you count 3 of the exact same compact car. Everyone gave me the same speech each time I called. They are friendly enough, but the overall experience was terrible.
