They have always been honest and professional, explaining the issues as well as suggesting future maintenance concerns without pressure. We brought in my wife's Buick Enclave today, with an intermittent issue as well as general maintenance. They completed all the work they promised and returned a great running car again. I brought my 2022 Toyota RAV4 TRD in for an inspection to see about the glitches my system was having and they did a full inspection and could not find anything wrong (I also have taken it to a dealership and they said the same thing although the dealership charged me $250) Brooks Automotive then changed my oil and the finished price was less than half what the dealership charged. My car was making a terrible sound when driving and I kept throwing parts and money at it to no avail. I finally broke down and decided to find a locally owned auto shop and fortunately lucked out with going to Brooks Automotive. They found the issue and we’re able to repair it the same day at a very reasonable cost. Turns out it was my sway bar bushings that were old and worn and I never would have found them because they were located behind the sub frame. Thank you to the team at Brooks Auto. You gained a new loyal customer for many years to come.
