Service reps know nothing about parts, will look it i up in the system and tell you oh it's not here but go to the Lancaster store it's there. I get here and nope. Out of stock. I literally saw it on the screen 7 mibs ago at another store. GO TO ORIELLYS THEY HAVE THE RIGHT PARTS AND THEIR REPS ARE MECHANICS!!
