The down side…for an Acura purchase we felt the ‘delivery’ of the vehicle, meaning showing us all the features, did not happen. We did not get our AcuraLink set up while we were there and are now running into numerous roadblocks to get it done. As we have searched our paperwork for needed material, we also found we do not have a single business card for anyone at the dealership. After what felt like a good purchase process, we are left feeling underwhelmed.
