- TTTyroneJan 31, 20251.0I wouldn't recommend i had my device in and had to pay for it almost 3 months longer then I should have because of bad communication between them, the police department, and dmv when I had intoxalock do my 90 day no negative report. Got the run around between intoxalock and DMV for weeks until finally someone at intoxalock gave me a number for the state police department they work with I got a hold of them and I'm told that it's been sent since over 2 months ago and I'd been paying for it this whole time for nothing. I asked if I could get even a partial refund or the final payment to close my account with them waived for almost 3 months of payments I didn't need to pay because of they're misinformation and errors but was told no. It's all about the money with these people and they're trying to squeeze as much as they can out of ya while they got ya. Lol

Faulty machines and treat me like I’m the victim when for a year I’ve provided clean samples and followed your rules and very clear videos of the system shutting down on me isn’t enough!
