- STS TJan 25, 20261.0We have been going to this location in Redmond since they bought Oil Can Henry's. The service was always hit or miss, but never really terrible - until now. We bring our own oil (Mobil 1). It used to be that we would get a discount, then it changed to being the price a regular oil change and now you are charged extra if you bring your own oil. Here's how we found this out. They did the change, closed the hood, the asked me to pay $52.99. When I asked why so much the service tech said, "the owner got sick and tired of people bringing in their own oil so he jacked up the price to make a point." He then stood in front of our drivers side window, repeatedly scratched his crotch with our debit card, then blew his nose with our debit card in his hand. As he handed our card back to us, he coughed into the car window. Then he walked away and he and all of the other techs stood in front of our car talking and laughing for 4 or 5 minutes. Then a different tech came back to the window and asked us to open the car hood. We did. He looked under the hood for a while, then closed the hood. After another few minutes one of the techs opened the bay door and said we could leave. The only familiar face was the long goatee'd tech who ran around yelling and pacing more than normal.
