  Dont typically do this but this pissed me off. Had a reservation but due to the flight getting canceled I was a day late. Staff wanted to blame me for not making the reservation. On top of it they didnt have a car so they wanted me to wait a extra 30min-hour instead (ive been waiting at another airport for the last 18 hours, I dont want to wait any longer) of just upgrading sense they didnt have stock, keep in mind just like they dont have full control of there stock I dont have control of my flight and weather. Worse service ive had from national/enterprise. They didnt even try to help what so ever, shouldn't be in customer service jobs. Just mind blowing

  RDM does not have good vehicles to rent. The vehicles are out of alignment, in need of an oil change, near bald tires, cracked mirrors and bumpers. Really unacceptable.

  Subject: Outstanding Service from Trey at Redmont National During our 4-week national park trip across the United States, we unfortunately encountered a problem with our full-size SUV. Given the amount of camping gear we were traveling with, it was essential for us to continue with a vehicle of the same size. At first, this seemed like a challenge since no similar full-size SUV was immediately available. However, Trey at the Redmont National Car Rental station went above and beyond to help us. Instead of leaving us stranded or waiting for hours, he identified a recently returned vehicle, personally took it to be washed and vacuumed, and within less than 30 minutes, he handed us an acceptable replacement. This quick and thoughtful action saved our trip from turning into a stressful situation. Trey’s professionalism, initiative, and commitment to customer service truly stood out. Employees like him make a world of difference—he is a true gem and an asset to National Car Rental. Please pass along our gratitude and recognition for his excellent service.

  Would give 5 stars if they had Emerald Isle. But still Easy check in and out. Clean car and Friendly staff.
