  The staff here are outgoing, friendly and extremely understanding of unexpected life issuances in case of a need to extend or modify your rental period. They were happy to break down and explain the details of my contract everytime I needed to adjust the length of my rental. Will continue to bring my business here and strongly suggest you do so as well!

  I’ve always loved renting a car from enterprise at the Redmond Oregon airport, I travel to Bend often. But the area has grown so quickly and the airport enterprise is just not keeping up. There were two employees handling all of the enterprise and Avis and another rental car company counter. It took over an hour for me to get my car Because they’re so short staffed with employees. It was crowded and my car worked fine but the engine light was on the entire time

  This was a terrible experience. I was in Redmond Oregon in a rental car I had rented from Spokane. And had a terrible accident in rental car, I was stopped on us20 near sisters because of traffic gridlock and was rear ended by lady behind me who did not notice the traffic was stopped and hit me at 60 mph pushing me right into oncoming traffic that was traveling normal speed the other direction barley Missing a head on collision. Rental car was totaled. After dealing with police and tows I was told by roadside services to go to the airport enterprise and get new car since they were only enterprise still open. Loaded all my tools and stuff from car and sheriff dropped me off at Redmond airport to get car. Went to counter talked to some lady who started telling me since the car has not made it to the repair shop she can’t give me a car. It was all in computer. Argued with her a little and finaly she said ok but now she won’t do it because my wife’s name is on contract (my wife is 1,500 miles away at home) She flat refused and was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. So I started explaining to her co worker the issues and he was being reasonable and I think he was going to help me then all sudden 3 airport security cops came and grab me and told me the lady I was working with doesn’t want to do business with me and they escorted me outside. Now remeber I am 1,500 miles from home in a town I never been in and 2 big boxes of stuff from the rental car and now I am thrown outside and told to leave airport. So I walked 3 miles to the another enterprise location arrived there about 9:30pm and had to sit there all nite waiting for them to open at 8:00am. My cellphone was destroyed in the accident so I had no way to even call or setup anything like a Uber or taxi. When they got there the man who helped me was great, he looked up account and I had keys to a replacement car in my hand in Less then 5 minutes and was on my way. So this negative review is just for the lady at the Redmond airport enterprise. Have had great service at all other locations my entire life, always have used enterprise, at least 4-5 weeks a year minimum. For her to have me thrown out in street with nothing after just being in a life and death accident is totally not acceptable. I just needed a replacement car. So I sat outside the other location all night like a homeless person with all my possessions from car in boxes and bags in serious pain and getting worst because she did not know the company policy’s on replacement cars. Totally not acceptable. If it wasn’t for the other location being so nice and understanding they would have a huge lawsuit on there hands right now. My wife is so upset and wants to file anyway. We will not use enterprise after this disaster. You don’t throw your customer out on street like that. It’s not like I was trying to scam them or set up a new contract I just needed a replacement car to get to hospital and home. Worst customer service from the Redmond airport enterprise I have ever had in my life.

  Worse flipping experience i have ever been involved with very unprofessional and time consuming walked out without even picking up a car.
