Sorry to interupt his texting on the job by purcashing a headlight. Long time customers here but will begin our new journey at Napa. It baffles me that employees forget or may not even realize, we are their paychecks. Good luck Redmond Auto Zone if you choose not to re-train or discipline this guy.
- DMDerek McCallisterJan 11, 20265.0A gargantuan shoutout to Charles and the rest of the team at autozone. I have an old Lamborghini Jalpa and the distributor cap busted in a freak accident. They are NLA virtually everywhere. Charles was willing to go look to see if we could find a similar fit and he found one that was a nearly completely identical fit. I'll have to do a few tiny things to it, but it's a lifesaver because the car will be back on the road. The team there has been extraordinarily helpful every time I've been in, which is why I keep coming back. They helped me when I was a few blocks down helping someone get their RV back on the road, have found weird hard to find parts, and even cross referenced parts that I haven't been able to myself. The whole team there is awesome. Credit where credit is due, fantastic team there.
