Even if you have a reservation, they may not have a car available for you to pick up. This was my experience, along with several other unhappy customers. I then had to grab a taxi to my accommodations and return to the rental center the next day, where I was informed that they were still out of cars. I waited there for a couple of hours for a car to be returned and cleaned. Agents informed me that this is a regular occurrence during the summer. I won't risk making a reservation with them again at that location.
