**Updated later 9/13/25*** Someone from Q2 contacted me about my review, and offered to fix my concerns, which was appreciated HOWEVER, in that same message they accused me of trying to "hurt good businesses." I personally had no issues with him attempting to get the issues fixed, but accusing the customer who has no ties to this area or business of attempting to ruin their business is unacceptable. Review lowered to a 1 star due to this hostile accusation. I would not recommend anyone to go to them, simply for them accusing me of this. Q2 had my car for a full 10 hours for a routine full tint job.. more then double then any estimates I had in the area. When I got my car, I was charged $50 more than quoted over the phone. And to top it all off, my car was returned with the floor mats dirty, windows all smudged, and a huge dirty hand print on the headliner by the A pillar.. Tint application seems OK so far, will update my review once everything is fully cured.
