  Looks like they have a new crew, didn't recognize anyone from the last time I was there 3k miles ago, but everyone was professional, friendly. Got an oil change, rear dif fluid change, topped off windshield fluid and coolant. I wasn't there more that 20 minutes. Soldier fast. Folks were friendly and easy going. Worked quickly, moved with intent. This is a good crew. I hope they stick around for a while.

  My car brown down within a few miles after leaving. It was due to the radiator which typically would be unrelated. Both the assistant manager and manager reviewed the camera footage while I waited and refused to let me watch the footage! I asked several times and was told I would need a subpoena to see the camera footage. What are they hiding? Seems pretty likely their technician made some sort of mistake.

  I came in about 5 minutes before closing, and they welcomed me right in. I was in a bind with my own personal time and really needed an oil change done before my next appointment. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and even helped me change my cabin air filter. It was probably one of the smoothest experiences I've had. Thank you!

  My first time having my oil changed at other than the dealer. It went smoothly. Techs were polite and very helpful...especially since I had no clue what to expect. They were very professional. They have all of the info they need for most makes of cars along with the dealer specs. Based on my one visit, I reccomend the Valvoline location on Capitol at Barbur.
