- BDBrian DurningApr 21, 20265.0I arrived 30 minutes before closing and was not turned away even though there were two cars in the bays and one waiting. I was warmly welcomed and asked what service I needed. When I was pulled into the bay they immediately began their service. It was well coordinated and nearly invisible to me. I asked to have my tire pressure checked and they smiled and said no problem. I will be back again.

This time, I'd waited a little too long and my oil & coolant levels were low, plus I had a tail light out. Tony, the assistant Mgr, went over it all without the expected upsell pressure. He was really helpful about my options, and as a result, I'll be coming back to get a specific issue fixed when I have more time later this week. This will be the first time I'll have come in for anything other than an oil change, and I have Tony to thank for that. He's a straight shooter, and the experience was a pleasure.

I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured into purchasing additional services, and the primary service person I worked with (named Anthony, I believe) was very helpful in providing me with outside information about where to get other services done for free. Also thanks to Jesse and Kai who worked on my car. I definitely plan on making this my go-to oil change spot.
