  Very disappointed in the whole experience. They cancelled/ changed my appointment with out notice then when they showed up they required me to go to the shop. Once it was finally installed the molding wasn’t replaced properly. Then when I was able to reschedule a “ warranty “ visit they canceled/ rescheduled that appointment too. So I finally cancelled them and had it fixed elsewhere. The commercial is very easy to remember so I went there, but now all I think of is how bad the service was.

  First time dealing with this location. Excellent service from time of booking, check in with the receptionist, and thorough explanations from the technician prior and post repair. Five stars!

  Shawn came out with the mobile service to fix my windshield. He was clearly very skilled at the work, and he was polite, nice to my kids, and cleaned up after himself both inside and out of the car. The glass quality of the new windscreen is also very good. I feel like I'm looking through a pair of Oakleys.

  I’m delighted with how effortlessly I managed to get my window replaced. I’ve had Safelite replace my windows twice before, and I was so pleased with the first experience that I knew it would be a breeze to return for a second replacement. Thank you, Safelite, and the dedicated team who worked tirelessly to assist people in unfortunate situations.

  My windshield has been broken for a month and no plan for repair. Had to wait a week and a half for original part order and the tech said there was 2 window sizes for my car? Then I waited another week and a half for the tech to say they had the wrong window again. Then a week later I get a call from the manager and they didn’t ask what time I wanted the appointment just scheduled it. The third time a tech came he said he installed the window but he had reason the believe one of the previous techs broke my window motor so it won’t roll up or down he had to unplug something so there’s glass but no functioning window. He said they’d call me in a few days but I have received no call. When I asked for a discount for the bad experience the manager Francisco said no because I used promo codes I found online. I work 6 days a week and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Tried calling multiple times and sending a text to the manager trying to schedule a call since I work so much. I was charged for the entire window repair even though they broke my window and did not finish the repair then just ignored me. Very unprofessional and not satisfied with the experience have had a broken car window for a month would be better off going to a local window repair seems like they may not be training people properly should be able to look up which window I have with my VIN number
