  Ask for receipts for 3 times and get nothing, that's terrible. Also, I have been charged for 324 but only rent car for 119. Though the bill says balance due is -204, but I have waited for 14 days and still get no refund.

  Renting with them is so easy to walk to car right away and show your license at the gate saves so much time !! All your preferences are setup before so just a few questions and you’re off. Folks are so nice the couple of times I’ve rented with them so far that I will do it again !

  I had a little probelm with the car only a back up camera but everything else as great I did forget my laptop in the back of the car when ir was dropped off at national so I was getting stress out. went back over to talk to Justin and he started trace on it as soon as I got there and Justin said just wait over there for 15 minutes and we will get it he said they place has camera all over so not to worry about it being stolen 15 mins later we walked up and they said Edmin G found it and Justin got it back for us we will go back here again for sure

  Many thanks to Terri Anne and Cooper for helping us select an SUV for our 2-week Oregon trip. After a very long travel day (winter storm) we arrived quite late Mar 16, and there was only one SUV left that met our needs for winding mountain roads and wet pavement. Our choice was the Genesis GV70 w/ AWD and all the safety and radar features we are used to. The additional rental charge bought us peace of mind on unfamiliar roads and plenty of comfort. At PDX, it is a long walk (with some moving walkways and elevators) from the gate to baggage claim and then to car rental, but it is all indoors and dry. The return experience at National was also exceptional. If you are driving from PDX to Astoria or Cannon Beach, we recommend taking the long way on Hwy 30.
