- ALAlexis “Asia’s mommy” LorraineMar 27, 20251.0If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is all about money and dint care what happens to your car due to the equipment they provide. Every time i call and speak with someone i get different answers and dont even try to request a removal because they will deny you. I am fed up with them and there’s advice it has completely ruined my vehicle. I finally paid it off and should be excited about Having the title in hand now, but it is a bittersweet moment because I haven’t even been able to turn the car on in about two months because the handheld device has totally drained my battery and as luck would have it, my battery is under the wheel and nobody will work on my car because of the interlock device in it. Its a bunch of BS and for something that is “state mandated” it feels very illegal they way they do things. At this point, I’ve missed calibrations have no way The car there let alone get it home after the calibration so therefore It’s somehow my fault. This whole experience has been a nightmare and feels like I am in a hole that I can’t dig myself out of. And let’s not mention the fact that yes there’s roadside assistance which they’ve just changed recently on me to only towing within an 8 mile radius yeah guess what the car toys is nowhere near my house that they I have to service my vehicle. It’s in A completely separate county! :(
