  Super fast and quality service. Mindy was especially helpful in answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on my car. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

  They repeatedly said that the repairs were going as expected and would be completed by the date they gave me, and then the day before I was expecting to pick up they said they needed more time, which was not great, but I was okay with it. Then when it was supposed to be ready the second time, they pushed it out again the day I was supposed to pick up. Then the third estimated pick up date rolls around and they say they are going to call as they had another delay, but then they never did. Here it is the day after the third pick up date and I've called 3 times for any update. My case manager is either out for the day last night, with another client today, and now off to lunch without any updates. This has been nothing but a hassle and the estimate site still says my car should have been done yesterday. I didn't set any of these times, they did. I just want to know when I can get my car. If you're into being jerked around for weeks, this is the place for you, but otherwise I suggest trying elsewhere.

  I brought my vehicle in a few months ago to get body work done after a hit and run. Brandy set everything up for me and made this unfortunate situation extremely streamline and easy to manage. She walked me through the entire process and was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business to anyone who need a service at an affordable price preformed by great staff.

  I had work done here because my insurance required me to use this shop, and the experience was extremely frustrating. After getting my vehicle back, I noticed several issues that clearly weren’t resolved properly. When I brought it back to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, they immediately tried to blame me and claimed the problems were unrelated. Customer service was terrible, very dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand behind their work. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding accountability than actually helping a customer. I would not recommend going here. I’ve already reported my experience to my insurance company, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

  I had a horrible experience with them. Last year around July I had an accident, insurer suggested I take my car to them which I did. On picking up the car, so many things were wrong. Tell me why there were scratches all over the car. I am talking about scratches like someone went all over the hood keying the car. The other scratches were like someone was going around sandpapering the car. The car was pretty new and I had just purchased it like 3 months prior to the incident. On going back they talked it look like I had scartched the car. It was a horrible experience. The thing is the car had not even gone to any car wash as I like to handwash my cars. So many microscratches on the car. Tell me why they would tell me about the dealership scratching it. I was shocked and pissed and did not even bother to talk about it anymore. The rear bumper was not properly fit. These were fixed but the microscratches remained. Even then there were problems I never even bothered going back. The trunk was not properly aligned(more on one side than the other), the emblem on the rear left side moves back and forth. Basically, they lack attention to detail. I hate writing a bad review but maahn, I was disappointed. Y'all can do better than that.
