  had my car repaired here after I had my window shattered - where my headliner, glove box, and window were damaged. it took well over a month for the repairs to be performed, which was due to a delay in manufacturing and not the shop. when I was meant to pick up the vehicle I was advised they found the windshield was broken, which they replaced for free - awesome. now for the bad - the glove box was sanded and resprayed, since it’s no longer made and now has a crazy amount of orange peel AND you can still feel and see the existing damage from the break in. In addition, the entire inside of the glove box, floor, and seats were covered in a gray dust that I still cannot seem to get off. the headliner was improperly installed and my overhead light has fallen out on numerous occasions. there’s white overspray on my passenger headrest & the rubber weather strip when opening the rear passenger door. in short, don’t go here if you want a speedy repair or the work to be done right.

  I took my vehicle here to get repaired after it was vandalized. It took them 6 weeks to perform the repairs -- during that time the vehicle was vandalized again (the shop is near a homeless camp). The lady who works the phones was very nice and super apologetic about everything, she was great, but I would not recommend taking your car to this shop for anything.

  Would absolutely recommend this shop! Had to take my car in after being hit over the holidays, and they were very timely, professional and friendly. I was updated frequently throughout the process, and the car was finished sooner than expected. I got my car back looking better than I left it, inside and out! I’m very happy with my experience!

  Misled into thinking more work was being done to the body of the car. All they did was replace and paint a bumper for $2200. They charged $100/day "storage fee" while my son and I were deciding what we could afford. They didn't address one of the main issues we discussed which was the passenger door not opening. Poor communication and feeling of being cheated.

  ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY — This place has an extremely high employee turnover rate, which says a lot about what’s really going on behind the scenes. Long story short: take your car to Caliber Collision instead — you won’t be disappointed!
