  We reserved a flat bed truck on line, drove 3 hours to pick it up and it was not available. Their online reservation system is not only worthless, but cost us a work day / $1500.00

  5⭐ for the Enterprise customer service. 3⭐ for the company. My message to Enterprise: Make people aware that they're paying Enterprise $400 up front to rent a box truck. .23¢ a mile, plus Fuel? An insane amount of money to rent a a truck for only 30 hours. But be charged for 48. That's borderline criminal. Still, I'm grateful for the service. And Enterprise employees are courteous and work hard in my experience. One more thing: Be more transparent as to what any fees are for, also let people know why and when the tax on rentals was added. It's an outrageous fee. It'd be in Enterprise and Enterprise customer interest to get this tax/fee out of law as soon as possible.

  Customer service top of the line, passenger van clean and ready to drive. If I need to rent again for sure I go back to enterprise and get it.

  It was just ok , friendly staff and they got me in and out quickly. I didn't like the car they gave me.
