  Thank you to Donald and Sara who were super helpful and accommodating! The cars are clean and reliable and I appreciate how polite and professional the staff here is. I pretty much only rent from this particular Enterprise when I'm in Portland and I've never had an issue.

  I rented here in Nov 2025. My experience was literally one of the best I've ever had with Enterprise (and I've been renting from them for over half my life!). The location was friendly, efficient, etc. But I want to give a special shout out to Sarah La Marche. She was that rare, perfect combination of capable/efficient and kind/human. Sarah, they are SO lucky to have you there. Sorry it took so long to write this review! I will definitely be renting from this location again.

  This team of people were all patient, kind, hard-working, empathetic, and professional. They were kind to one another and encouraged their clients without ever being pushy. In a business and world that is stressful and demanding, they were cool-headed and thoughtful. I’m going to be renting from this location again.

  I would have put zero stars but google reviews doesn’t allow that. If you need a rental car and I’d recommend you go to the enterprise locations in Vancouver, WA. I didn’t need the vehicle I rented anymore so I decided to return it around 3 hours earlier around 3 pm rather than 6 pm. After examining the vehicle the young afro american man said all looked good except the fuel level was lower than when I had picked up the vehicle and that I could go fill it up and come back if I wanted to since it was still early. To which I said yes and as he was handing me the key another young caucasian man with brown hair jumped into our conversation and said just do this and tapped something on the tablet and then the first guy just said oh ok and went ahead and charged me. This to me was a huge red flag but I didn’t believe someone would just screw me over so nonchalantly so I didn’t speak up. Big mistake. They charged me $73 for “refueling charge” something that should’ve only cost me less than $20 at most if I’d been allowed 3 minutes to go fuel up at the gas station and come back. My husband was recently laid off and there go $73 that would have been extremely needed for living expenses. Sarah however was the most helpful and professional person at this location and she deserves all the praise.
