  Everyone at the Barbur Blvd location was so nice and the customer service was outstanding. They were so easy to work with and made this experience easy breezy. Would definitely recommend them 10/10!

  My car broke down on 10 April 2026 and I needed a car to get to work as soon as possible. I called four different enterprises prior to calling the Barbur Enterprise. All other Enterprises were either closed or they had no cars. I think that this speaks volumes to the company for the simple fact that it’s so popular although it took me a while to find a car it was reassurance that the reason why I couldn’t find a car is because it’s such a popular company to work for which speaks to its loyal customers due to great customer service. I would say the only negative thing I could add to this review would be, I wish you had more cars available to you in smaller towns. I live in McMinnville and had to drive out to Portland just for a car because they weren’t available closer to me with that being said, I’m happy that I went to Barbur Enterprise location. Bridgett assisted me and I cannot say enough amazing things about her customer service, her knowledge of the cars, of her job, and what the company also has to offer. She was so amazing and informative. I truly was blessed to work with her. She made renting a car less stressful in more ways than one. She made the process very quick considering they lost power, she was such a positive bright light to my negative frustrating situation that I was going through with my own vehicle. Shout out to Bridgett. She is amazing. I also appreciate her referring me over to car sales through Enterprise because now I’m driving in my new car.

  This location tried to charge me for a superficial scratch on vehicle that existed before I rented the car. They also tried to charge me for not returning with full tank of gas when I literally drove the car 10 miles(it was just sitting in my garage while my car got repaired). When I objected to this and was upset about it, they acted like I was insane and kept repeating “our priority is the rental vehicle”. They did not care about me at all and no other associate helped me, they just laughed at me with another customer. I took the vehicle to lake Oswego enterprise and had no issues, the manager apologized and said it was very obvious there was damage to the vehicle before I rented it out. Maybe this place is nicer if you show up having a better day—but if you’re renting a car for any reason that’s not a vacation expect to be treated poorly and possibly scammed.
