They made it very easy to pick up/drop off as well has extra vehicles when one wasn't working for me. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. It was refreshing to feel like a customer and not just a transaction. This is location has a great team. Thanks Sasha!
- D7Double Down 72Mar 6, 20261.0Yeah so I wouldn't rent from this a franchise of Enterprises they won't rent to me because of a situation in St Helens where their employees treated me like shit they lied about me getting my deposit which ultimately made me and my wife stranded and so we were upset about it and complained and everything else like that and you know that's not very good business you know treat your customers like crap and then punish them when they want to rent from you but it's okay I don't ever want to rent from that trashy guy who owns the franchise or do I want to work with the disrespectful trashy people out of St Helens just consumer warning they up charged me over $500 they take it too personal at the St Helens they judge you by the way you look and everything else like that and that's why we ended up getting into it over stuff but it's okay they're a trashy company and I don't recommend doing business with them I still rent from Enterprise I'm a platinum renter I rent constantly from Enterprise so they they just lost a good customer and I'm going to report to corporate that they're still treating me like shit
