    My experience with Enterprise was simple, glitch-free, and straight forward. From the front desk agent and lot staff from the PDX terminal, Charles Williams at the Tri-Cities Airport (PSC), and a follow-up with Eddie over the phone at customer service, all were entirely professional, concise, courteous, and helpful. I am grateful for the ease and efficiency of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car experience and appreciate the expertise of the professionals there. I highly recommend.

    I've rented from Enterprise at the Portland airport location many times. The experience is always great. The cars are clean and new. There is always friendly greeting when I pick up the car. Carolyn has helped me multiple times and it's great to see her smiling face! The drop off is always quick and easy. The attendant always asked how the experience was with the car and if there were any issues or feedback. We never get nickel and dimed with extra fees after drop off, unlike other companies. I will always try and use Enterprise when traveling. They have great customer service and that means a lot to me.

    We usually rent an Enterprise car whenever we fly into PDX and have been very satisfied but this last experience was definitely not satisfying. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to find us an intermediate car but that was our choice - they did offer us an SUV at no extra charge but we wanted a smaller car. When it did arrive, we assumed all was okay with it. It wasn't until a couple of days later when I went to put something on the rear passenger seat that I saw it was disgusting - don't know what happened (vomit?) but it definitely was not cleaned. Since our daughter had surgery and we were there to help her, we didn't have time to bring it back and exchange it. I did complain when we returned it and we were offered a $20 discount as a courtesy which was then raised to $50 so I appreciate at least the acknowledgement but it was more than an inconvenience since we weren't able to put anyone in the back seat. I hope this is a one time issue with Enterprise.

    I recently rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Portland International Airport, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The process was incredibly smooth, and every team member we interacted with took the time to answer questions and engage in pleasant conversation, all with a smile. It wasn’t just one standout employee—every single person we encountered delivered the same level of outstanding service. When it came time to choose our vehicle, the experience continued to impress. The employees were attentive, helpful, and eager to assist in any way possible. The only other time I’ve had such a consistently positive experience was at an Enterprise location in Salt Lake City—and that says a lot. At this point, I think I’ve found my favorite rental company.

    Renting from Enterprise was great. Working with them to get back the money they stole from me hasn't been. I rented a car in early June. In February, I got an email saying they "recently notified me" about a citation and were auto-deducting $290 from my account. I immediately called to figure out what was wrong. The person I talked to was extremely dismissive. I was rightly upset about an unexpected bill and asked for more information. He said the bill came from a local court, he didn't know why it was issued, and advised me to "follow traffic laws" in the future. I asked how you can take money without knowing why a citation was issued. He said Enterprise gets thousands of citation reports daily and "don't have time" to look into each and every one of them. I angrily hung up. I called back a week later and spoke to someone extremely helpful named Jackie. It turns out I could have looked up the citation myself if I had the citation number, which is confusingly listed as the "Invoice Number" on the Invoice email rather than a "Citation Number." The person quickly pulled up my exact citation and emailed it to me. It turns out that the citation was for a driver of the same car almost two weeks after I rented it. I don't even live in Oregon. I replied asking when I could expect a refund, thanking them for their care, and asking who I can talk to about the dismissive person. The next day, I got an email saying they re-routed "my need" to a different team for a more thorough review with an estimated 7 - 10 business days. I emailed on the 10th business day because I hadn't heard back. Then the 22nd. It is now the 26th and I still haven't heard about the $290 that Enterprise stole from my account. I called them today and waited on hold for 10 minutes before it going to silence. I called back and am on the line again, this time for 15. Nothing. I will not be recommending Enterprise to anyone. And that "recent notification" was physical letter that came an entire week after the money had already been taken from my account.
